The Hotel Forte is situated in old Rome, in Via Margutta, an historical walkway, where visitors can appreciate old buildings, still inhabited by artists like Federico Fellini, as well at window shop in the various artisan and antique shops, just a few steps away from Spanish Steps, Trinità dei Monti, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, the Trevi Fountain and Via Condotti. There’s an underground station just 200 metres from the hotel which guests can use to travel to the Central Termini Station, together with all the main archaeological areas in the capital: the Roman Forum and Coliseum. It’s also very close to Piazza San Silvestro, from where visitors can catch numerous urban buses which connect to the Vatican, Piazza Venezia and Piazza di Spagna. Public transportations: Service of public train to Termini Station in Rome. Price € 8.78. A train every 30 minutes.

Termini Station - Hotel Forte by public services

BY METRO: Take LINE A, direction “Battistini” and get off at the Piazza di Spagna stop. Exit in front of the Trinità dei Monti steps, turn left and walk along Via del Babbuino for 50 mts then turn right and enter Via Margutta. We’re at no° 61.

BY BUS: Take bus n° 40 Express (departues every 10 mins; price €1,00 and get off at Via Cavour. Walk along until Piazza di Spagna. In front of the steps turn left and wa walk along Via del Babbuino for 50 mts then turn right and enter Via Margutta. The Hotel Forte is at no° 61.

Take the GRANDE RACCORDO ANULARE ROMA – “Roma Nord,” exit SS4 Via Salaria. Drive in the direction of Porta Pia. Follow signs for “Roma Centro- Piazza di Spagna. Park nearby in Piazza del Popolo as the hotel is in a pedestrian zone only. From Piazza del Popolo, take Via del Babbuino and then Via Margutta. We’re at n° 61.
